Anonymously Yours is the first book of Ms McCann's that I have read. Loved the suspense and the characters. I found her previous work and have ordered those. Keep the stories coming!
Great book. I loved the plot. Will definitely tell my friends it's a must read!!!
Author Shirley McCann knows how to write mysteries. She has been published nationally in several magazines and has this genre down pat. If you enjoy whodunnits, you'll like ANONYMOUSLY YOURS where Denise, a wannabe private investigator, is nonplussed about her waitress job. She'd much rather work with her Uncle Bob, a bumbling PI, but to please her parents and boyfriend, Justin, she goes the safer route and works at the diner. However, a wallet left at the diner pulls her into a crime scene and leads her to a dead body. Meanwhile, clues fly back and forth as to who might have killed the victim. This is a quick read and perfect for mystery lovers!

Denise is working as a waitress while waiting for one of her job applications to call her.
A wallet is left in a booth. Denise is asked to return it. Simple enough. But she finds a body instead of a grateful man who lost his wallet. She calls the police. They don't find the body and she is being followed.
You will want to read this book.
Will Denise and her boyfriend Justin get back together or end up dead?
Fast reading with short chapters. Enjoyed.
Really enjoyed this mystery. As Denise and Justin begin to resume their lost relationship, their lives are in danger. This one kept me guessing until the end. Ms. McCann is a gifted mystery writer.
I loved the story. The suspense kept me wanting to turn the page. The plot kept moving and intertwining new angles.
A must read for any mystery buff. R
